Hale Entertainment & Photography is a leading wedding service provider in East Tennessee. Based in Gatlinburg, this husband-wife team is a powerhouse in the local industry. With decades of experience entertaining internationally on cruise ships, in high-end nightclubs and for corporate clients such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, MTV, Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and countless weddings, William brings a paramount level of professionalism to any event. With a personal passion for wedding and family photography, Annette has had amazing success in our local market. Her work has been featured in several editions of Snap’d Magazine and she was recently named by Wedding Rule as one of the top eight wedding photographers in Gatlinburg. What to Expect

​

• A professional, well groomed and appropriately dressed entertainer who interacts with your guests, and keeps them engaged.

• A true Master of Ceremonies (MC), who can help coordinate your entire event.

• Professional grade sound and dance floor lighting systems with wireless microphone/s.

• We always have a backup sound system on hand in the event of technical difficulties.

• A comprehensive music library containing clean (non-explicit) lyrics.

• An Initial meeting with you (usually by telephone or video conference if you are planning event from a distance) to assist in organizing, planning, and to discuss specific details of your event.

• A week prior to your event, we like to meet again to finalize everything, and go over any changes.

• Entertainer will arrive at least one to two hours ahead of scheduled time for set up and sound check.

• We assist and coordinate with your vendors, to make sure your event goes as smoothly as expected.

• You and your guests will have a GREAT time.
